Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in to an existing account, or using any feature of the 99ck platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between 99ck and each Player. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether written or oral. 99ck reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The revised terms will be effective from the date of publication on the platform, and continued use of 99ck following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to the 99ck platform and all associated Services is strictly restricted. You are eligible to register and use 99ck only if all of the following conditions are satisfied simultaneously.

• 1You are at least 21 years of age. 99ck is an adults-only platform. No individual under the age of 21 may register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on 99ck.
• 2You are accessing 99ck from the People's Republic of Bangladesh. 99ck's Services are intended exclusively for users located in Bangladesh at the time of access and play.
• 3You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate registrations, agent registrations, and registrations on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• 4You hold only one registered account on 99ck. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If 99ck identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be voided.
• 5You are not a self-excluded Player. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from 99ck and your exclusion period is still active, you may not access or use the platform during that period.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 99ck Services, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations and to account maintenance throughout the lifetime of the account.

• 1You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• 2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• 399ck may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. You must cooperate fully with any KYC request and provide the documentation requested within the timeframe specified.
• 499ck reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, that has been used for fraudulent activity, or where the Player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• 5All account communications from 99ck, including transaction confirmations, bonus notifications, and security alerts, will be delivered to the Bangladesh mobile number registered on the account. It is the Player's responsibility to keep this number current and accurate.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 99ck will notify Players of dormant account status by SMS to the registered mobile number prior to any administrative action being taken.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 99ck are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals for all Players.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap for verified accounts in good standing. Deposits are credited to the Player's account wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the mobile wallet provider.
• 2Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, and card transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. 99ck charges zero transaction fees on all deposit methods.
• 3Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account/wallet number used for the most recent deposit. 99ck does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, new mobile numbers, or payment methods that differ from the deposit source.
• 4The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The average processing time for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets is under nine minutes from the time of submission. Large withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional KYC verification before processing.
• 5Funds deposited on 99ck may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform. Deposited funds may not be transferred between Player accounts or used for any purpose other than participating in the Services.
• 699ck reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed. Players will be notified of any such hold by SMS or email.

Bonuses & Promotions

99ck offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions in addition to any promotion-specific supplemental terms published at the time of the offer.

• 1All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard rollover requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a 15x rollover requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• 2Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per promotion period, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts or in coordination with other Players to exploit the offer constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 3Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the account.
• 499ck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already activated and in active wagering by eligible Players at the time the change is made.
• 5Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of value outside the platform.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

99ck is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or permanent ban.

• 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, exploit game logic, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human manual play.
• 2Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or game state information in live casino games, or coordinate bets in a manner that exploits the platform.
• 3Using another person's payment method, bank account, mobile wallet, or financial instrument to make deposits or withdrawals on 99ck without the verified consent of the account holder of that payment method.
• 4Attempting to launder funds through the platform, including depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful play, or structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• 5Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward 99ck support staff or other Players, whether through the platform's communication channels or through external channels referencing 99ck.

99ck's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all pending withdrawals, bonus balances, and any winnings accumulated during the period of prohibited conduct.

Responsible Gaming Commitments

99ck is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players at no cost and without restriction.

• 1Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) may be set by any Player at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• 2Session time limits allow Players to set a maximum session duration after which the platform will prompt the Player to take a break. Session limits are configurable in 30-minute increments up to a maximum of 8 hours per session.
• 3Self-exclusion enables a Player to block access to their 99ck account for a defined period (minimum 30 days, maximum 5 years) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests submitted via the support team at [email protected] take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• 4Reality checks are available as optional notifications that remind Players of time elapsed and net session results at configurable intervals. 99ck encourages all Players to use reality checks as part of a healthy approach to recreational gaming.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 99ck platform, including but not limited to the platform's visual design, logo, trade name, game interface layouts, promotional graphics, written content, software architecture, and database structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of 99ck or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants Players any right, title, or interest in any 99ck intellectual property.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 99ck platform without prior written permission from 99ck. Unauthorized use of 99ck intellectual property may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99ck's liability to any Player is limited as set out in the following clauses.

• 199ck is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 99ck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 299ck does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. 99ck will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.
• 3In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect odds display caused by a technical fault on the platform's side, 99ck reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to the state prior to the affected round or transaction.
• 4Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes 99ck's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

99ck collects, stores, and processes Player personal data solely for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance. Data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data held about them, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Amendments to These Terms

99ck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 99ck will notify registered Players by SMS to the mobile number on file and will post the updated terms on the platform with a revised effective date prominently displayed.

If you object to any amendment, you must stop using 99ck and may request account closure before the revised terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from the use of 99ck or interpretation of these terms, 99ck encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal or dispute resolution process.

99ck's decision in respect of any dispute relating to the outcome of a game, the application of bonus terms, or the calculation of winnings is final and binding, subject to a formal review request submitted within 14 days of the disputed outcome being communicated to the Player.
